our mission statement
1) To create and disseminate educational, historical and artistic material regarding all forms of Marionnettes and Puppets to all socio-economic levels with a special emphasis on lower economic groups, senior citizens, and handicapped and confined audiences.
2) To preserve puppets of historical and artistic merit.
3) To provide Arts in Education Programs through Puppetry for special audiences.
4) To provide the space and opportunity for the creation of new works of artistic merits featuring puppets, music, and the visual arts.
5) To provide a forum for the dissemination of historical material regarding marionnettes and puppets worldwide.
6) To provide and maintain theatrical and studio space for performance and master classes, and to establish a National Institute of Puppetry in the United States.
